College & Career Promise Update (CCP-Dual Enrollment)
Career to College Promise ::: CCP High school students in North Carolina can get a head start on college – for free!
They can take college courses and earn college credits while still in high school! Career and College Promise, or CCP, allows eligible high school students to take college courses at Wake Tech. It’s sometimes referred to as dual enrollment.
CCP offers two pathways, depending on a student’s goals. Each pathway includes specific coursework. Information here. 1. Career and Technical Education Pathway leads to a credential for employment (certificate, diploma, or degree). 2. College Transfer Pathway leads to credit hours that count toward a two-year associate’s degree at Wake Tech and align with course requirements at UNC member institutions. NOTE: A student may be able to enroll in the College Transfer pathway AND up to two Career and Technical Education pathways at the same time, with high school and Wake Tech approval.

If you have already attended an informational session you do not need to do the online session. In order for students to obtain the credit for attendance they must do the following:
Failure to do all three may result in not receiving the application materials.
Providing this online version will assist students as we deal with the current situation. SEE MCHS CCP document attached for more information.
